Welcome to Little Ripples Counselling

Where big waves begin with Little Ripples

Welcome, and thank you for being here. My name is Ashleigh, and I am here to walk along side you on your counselling journey.

I work with a range of experiences, including but not limited to social anxiety, life transitions, trauma, childhood trauma, depression, rejection sensitivity, ADHD, and chronic pain. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your experiences, find meaning, and cultivate growth and empowerment, all with the intention of supporting you in moving forward with confidence and finding peace and healing.

I offer Walk and Talk therapy in and around Vancouver, British Columbia. Let’s grab a coffee or tea, go for a walk, and explore at your own pace whatever prompted you to connect with me, while simultaneously enjoying the beauty, magic, and weirdness the city has to offer.

“When we deny our stories, they define us. When we own our stories, we get to write the ending."- Brene Brown Ph.D, L.M.S.W

My practice is rooted in the core values of Love, Community, Authenticity, Agency, Social Justice, Diversity, Curiosity, Intersectionality, and Evidence-Based Practice.

In support of Indigenous Resistance, I acknowledge that I am a fourth-generation, uninvited settler residing, living, working and playing on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied, traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh), and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples.
